The operating principle of the pass-through shot blasting machine: The shot blasting machine is mainly composed of a shot blasting chamber, front and rear auxiliary chambers, front and rear roller tables of the shot blasting machine, indoor roller tables, an indoor projectile circulation system, a transportation system, and an electric dust removal system. The operator places the workpiece into the chamber through the roller body, performs finishing operations on the workpiece, and feeds it into the shot blasting inlet. After the shot blasting machine completes the process, the workpiece is rolled out, and the worker unloads it for finishing.
The operator presses the work button, the door of the shot blasting chamber is closed pneumatically, the track works forward, and the workpiece is continuously rolled. The high-strength and high-speed projectiles from the shot blasting machine can completely and evenly clean the surface of the rolling workpiece. The projectiles enter the screw conveyor through the submerged hole of the crawler conveyor, then are transported to the steel bucket elevator. The bucket elevator transports them to the separator, which separates and stores them for use. After shot blasting, the shot blasting door opens automatically, and the track reverses to unload the workpiece.
