Working principle: The trolley-type shot blasting machine mainly consists of a shot blasting wheel, trolley, inlet/outlet, drum and conveying system. During operation, workpieces are placed on the trolley, which is conveyed into the drum via the conveying system. The shot blasting wheel is started to rotate, and the centrifugal force it generates sprays shot blasting materials onto the workpiece surface. Meanwhile, the trolley rotates to ensure the workpiece surface is uniformly impacted and cleaned. The collision between shot materials and the workpiece surface generates high heat and pressure, thoroughly removing surface impurities and oxide layers. Additionally, the workpiece surface roughness increases, which is crucial for subsequent processes like spraying, coating and welding.
