Structure: The equipment is mainly composed of an input roller table, preheating chamber, shot blasting chamber, transition roller table, painting chamber, drying chamber, output roller table, dust removal system, and electrical control system.
Workflow: Loading → Preheating → Material Feeding → Shot Blasting → Cleaning → Painting → Drying → Unloading
Working Principle: This equipment is a high-efficiency continuous steel preprocessing production line. After being preheated, steel materials are conveyed through roller tables into the shot blasting chamber. Multiple high-efficiency shot blasters, positioned at different coordinates, use projectiles to deliver intense and dense impact and friction, rapidly removing scale, rust spots, and contaminants from the steel surface, thus cleaning and strengthening it.
During the shot blasting process, the fallen mixture of shot and dust is collected at the lower part of the elevator through the chamber funnel and longitudinal/transverse screw conveyors. It is then lifted to the separator at the upper part of the machine for shot-dust separation. The separated shot falls into the separator hopper and is delivered to each shot blaster via shot conveying pipes for cyclic reuse. Dust generated during operation is sent to the dust removal system through the exhaust pipe; after purification, clean air is discharged into the atmosphere, while granular dust is captured and collected by the dust collector.
