Structure: The equipment is mainly composed of an input roller table, preheating chamber, shot blasting cleaning chamber, transition roller table, painting chamber, drying chamber, output roller table, dust removal system, and electrical control system.
Workflow: Loading → Preheating → Material feeding → Shot blasting → Cleaning → Painting → Drying → Unloading
Working principle: This equipment is a high-efficiency continuous steel pre-treatment production line. Steel materials are conveyed through roller tables, preheated, and then sent into the shot blasting chamber. Multiple high-efficiency shot blasters positioned at different coordinate orientations use projectiles to deliver intense and dense impacts and friction on the steel surface, causing oxide scales, rust spots, and contaminants to fall off quickly, thus cleaning and strengthening the steel surface.
The shot-blasted steel is sent to the cleaning chamber, where residual shots on its surface are cleaned off by cleaning rollers and brushes, and then a high-pressure fan is used for all-round final blowing, ensuring the workpiece surface is completely clean and meets the cleanliness standard for painting. The cleaned workpiece is sent to the painting chamber, where two painting machines (upper and lower) are installed to paint the workpiece. During the painting process, the thickness of the paint film can be adjusted and controlled by adjusting the running speed of the roller table, the size of the nozzles, and selecting the working mode.
